Wallet credits for orders
- If an order is rejected or cannot be started, the full amount is returned to your Ralogix wallet.
- If an order is cancelled by the fulfilment partner, the full amount is returned to your wallet.
- If an order is partially delivered, the undelivered portion is credited back to your wallet proportionally.
Wallet withdrawals
Requests to refund unused wallet funds to your original payment method are reviewed case by case. Contact support with your account email.
Not eligible
Orders placed with incorrect, private or changed links, or orders that have been fully delivered, are not eligible for refund.
Each refund is recorded once in your transaction history.
